Sea buckthorn 200g made by MarVital. The product is dried below 40 degrees. The product is made in North Karelia and contains 100% sea buckthorn.
A tablespoon (5g) of powder equals 3 dl of sea buckthorn. Sea buckthorn groats have a high content of oil and vitamins A and E. The product has a good ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids (1.5: 1) helping to effectively lower cholesterol. It is also an excellent source of fiber.
