TERMS OF USE 1. The customer must exercise care and diligence when using the online store. 2. BINDING OF THE ORDER 2.1. After placing his order, the consumer undertakes to monitor his e-mail to receive the order confirmation. Sometimes an order confirmation can also end up in the spam box. 2.2. The binding sales agreement will take effect once you have received the order confirmation by e-mail. 2.3. The consumer has the right to cancel all or part of the order by e-mail, letter or telephone before delivery of the order. Delivery has taken place when the order has been delivered to the consumer or a statement that the order can be picked up from the post office. 3. PRICES 3.1. All prices include 14% VAT. The current price is displayed in the online store. The valid price is in Euros (EUR).
4. DELIVERY 4.1. If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is four to seven (4-7) business days. 4.2 We will indicate on the product presentation page if the delivery time is substantially different from section 4.1. 4.3. If the product is absolutely desired by a certain date, it must be mentioned separately, eg when ordering. We try to take into account the consumer's wish, if possible. 4.4. If the consumer buys products for which MarVital has stated different delivery times, the order will be delivered according to the longest stated delivery time. 4.5. MarVital delivers products only in Finland (by separate agreement also abroad). All MarVital deliveries take place via Suomen Posti or Matkahuolto inside EU. If the consumer wants to use a different transport service, the prices and conditions are agreed separately with MarVital.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 6.1. The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product (s), excluding the date of receipt. Postage on the return will be deducted directly from the return amount refunded to the customer. The returned product and product packaging must be unchanged, unused and in the same condition as when received. 6.2. The consumer is advised to make a return notification by e-mail to marvitalfinland@outlook.com BEFORE returning the product. The consumer can return the product (s) at no cost using the mail's customer return form. The return will be sent to: Customer return, Marvital Viinijärventie 15 a 5, 83400 Viinijärvi. Include your name, address, order number, account number to process the return and pay the return price. We do not redeem cash on delivery or reimburse any postage if any more expensive return method has been used for customer returns. 6.3 If the consumer wants to change the product to a new product, he should contact him by e-mail hevipuut@gmail.com 6.4. We will return the price of the product to the bank account specified by the customer no later than 30 days after the receipt of the product return. Postage for returns will be deducted directly from the amount to be refunded.
7. SHIPMENTS BROKEN IN TRANSPORT 7.1. Sometimes, despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during mail delivery. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package already in the presence of a postman when you pick it up. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product (s) has also been damaged, make a damage report immediately at the post office. Then contact us to agree on the delivery of a new product.
8. COMPLAINT 8.1. If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer, the product is damaged, etc., the consumer must notify MarVital within a reasonable time, either by e-mail to marvitalfinland@outlook.com by post to: MarVital, Viinijärventie 15 a 5 83400 Viinijärvi. Defective delivery will be refunded free of postage in accordance with MarVital's instructions (item 6). Return will take place after the complaint has been made. Upon receipt of the returned item, MarVital will promptly refund any purchase price already paid to the customer.
9. FORCE MAJEURE 9.1. MarVital is not responsible for any delay, impediment or delay in the delivery of the order due to a circumstance beyond MarVital's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, government decision, disruption of public transport or other similar impediment or obstruction to MarVital's operations.
10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES 10.1. Finnish law shall apply to disputes and disagreements arising from this distance selling agreement. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any differences primarily through negotiations. If the parties do not reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in Finland, in the district court of MarVital's online store domicile (Joensuu). .
